Use Of Our Service Implies Acceptance And Agreement To Our Terms And Conditions.

  • Payment For Your Ironing Is Required upon receipt by cash.

  • All Items Collected By Us/Dropped Off By You, Should Be Placed In A Basket Or Bag, Folded, Unbuttoned And Not Be Inside Out.

  • Please Let Us Know If Parking Is An Issue Outside Your Home Or Workplace, As It Will Assist In Providing You With a Speedy Service, And Ensure We Do Not Case Any Unnecessary Obstruction To Neighbours Or Other Road Users. Alternatively, Please Consider Dropping Off And Collecting Your Ironing Directly From Us.

  • Items Being Dropped Off To Us Will Be Pre-Arranged For Us To Take Receipt And Not Left Outside The Premises.

  • Ironing Will Be Returned To You Within 48 Hours (Unless Alternative Arrangements Have been Agreed).

  • All Ironing Will Be Returned To You On Hangers (To Be Provided By You) Except Items Such As Bedding, Tablecloths And Towels Etc. That Will Be Returned To You Folded.

  • All Ironing Will Be Returned In Protective Polythene Covers.

  • Unless Otherwise Agreed, All Ironing Will Be Carried Out Following The Instructions On The Label, Where It Is Legible.

  • We Advise You To Inspect Your Returned Ironing Upon Receipt.  In The Unlikely Event That An Item Does Not Meet Your Standards, Then Please Call So That We Can Discuss Further.

  • We Reserve The Right Not To Iron Certain Items If They Are Damaged, Dirty, Stained Or Shiny.

  • Any Damaged Items Collected Will Be Returned To You Un-Ironed To Avoid Any Discrepancies.

  • If You Have A Regular Collection And Delivery Slot Booked With Us, We Ask That You Give 24 Hours Notice Should You Wish To Change It.

  • Any Loss Or Damage Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours Of Receipt.

  • In The Unlikely Event Of Loss Or Damage, We Will Compensate Up To A Maximum Of £40 Per Item.

  • Prices Are Correct From January 2021 And Are Subject To An Annual Change/Review.

  • All Items Are Costed Individually And Not By Basket, Bag, Box Etc. Or By Weight.
